I'm waiting for my cash refund from Sears since November 2016. I am beyond unhappy and my patience has been exhausted at this point. I have called and emailed with Sears for months but they always have an excuse for not returning my money. Usually the customer service phone desk will tell me they will call me back within 72 hours but I never hear back from them.

How fast will Sears give me my money back? I am owed, 1478.10 For an appliance that I never received. I've been chasing my refund for over a year now. My service installation fee was mailed to me, 250.00 but Sears can't seem to let go of the rest of my refund.

I want my money. Is a legal recourse my only option now?
