New ReviewerMy 88 year old mother with dementia went to the Walla Walla Sears Hometown Store and bought a washing machine.
Paid for delivery.
She was over charged!!
Charged for a service agreement she didn't need.
The delivery people brought it hooked it up and left it in the middle of her laundry room because it didn't fit in the hole.
The delivery people didn't contact the store to let them know the situation.
They left an elderly woman with a washing machine in the middle of her laundry room in tears.
When I called the store to have them come get their machine I was told I bought it do nothing they could do.
I called them the day after it was delivered.
The store owner Gary is uncooperative and basically said we'd have to deal with it.
I'm disgusted!
User's recommendation: Do not shop at Walla Walla sears store. They are rude. Left an 88 year old woman with a washer sitting in the middle of the laundry. It wouldn't fit in the opening.
Monetary Loss: $998.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Sears Cons: Not liking customer service.
Location: 207 E Main Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362

Next time don't let your loopy mom buy things without measuring first. You're also a bad kid for letting her shop for this by herself.
