Technician showed because of no cooling in 3 year old elite refrig.(4th service call in couple of years).
He was in my house 5 minutes total, opened refrigerator, put his ear to refrig. ordered new condensor and serveral parts totaling nearly $600, added $99 service fee and set up new technician service. He did not inspect the condensor--no meter readings, nothing. Now I have to wait 10 day for repair that may not be properly diagnosed, with spoiled food and no refrigeration.
This is an outrage and should be investigated for fraud on the consumer.
I wouldn't buy a screw driver at SEARS.How Sad to see a once great company destroy itself.
