I receivied a broken part for my washing machine back in november & been calling over a dozen times for my refund & they say it takes 7-10 days to be put back on your c.card, we need to 4ward this ln to our supervisor & they will call u back in 24-48 hrs, & never happens, they put me ln hold for over 2 hrs & forget about me, where i have to call again! They say they documented my complaints & forward it on where somebody will get back to me & its never happens, i guess maybe the next step is BBB
