4 months have gone by purchased my furniture in July of 2017 be dealing with Sears for 4 months my sofa is defective it took them over a month to get a repairman here with countless phone calls after phone call and phone call talking to people in India who haven't a clue what they are doing here it is November 21,2017 still no results !!We are going to contact an attorney and get the BBB involved trust me we are not giving up!!
Very,very poor disgusting service!I will never buy anything from Sears!
