Bought a Samsung washer and dryer with Maintenance Agreement. My washer has been leaking for at least two years. I have had a wonderful tech come and work on it. He feels his hands are tied and cannot find the cause.

In the last two months I have had at least six appointments cancelled for some unknown reason, have taken days off of work to be here and no one shows. I have spent many hours on the phone, getting put on hold, hung up on, transferred to someone that cannot help me. I have had repair techs here many times.

Now my washer is not working. The people I have reached on the phone say I have to wait at least two weeks to get a repair person to fit is.

I have had enough! This is unacceptable!

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I would like a new machine.

I didn't like: Phone service about my return, Customer service.
