I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Sears--I strongly advise to never purchase large appliances from them. I ordered a brand new GE electric gas range about a month ago and the oven is STILL not working after having to *** work to have not one, but THREE service technicians out to take a look at it.

Parts were ordered to fix the range but 'damaged' so the technician could not make changes. It was clear the technician who came to my condo had no idea what he was doing as he had to actually face time someone else to help him with the repair!!!! Every single time I have called customer service to try to get this issue resolved as fast as possible, they keep recommending to schedule ANOTHER service appointment!!!! I haven't had my stove working over the holidays and it is absolutely unacceptable for a company to operate with such poor customer service where no one is accountable or responsible.

The saga continues whether or not my stove will work... absolutely ridiculous.
