Been trying to get a washer replaced for over a month. The repairman comes and either the wrong parts were sent or they need more and another appointment needs to be scheduled (this has happened a few times).
The Protection Agreement promises that if they can't fix it, they will replace. But they won't replace, they keep sending parts that either are wrong or they need more. Try calling customer service and you get different stories from different reps. They also discourage you from talking to a supervisor and often times just hang up on your while you are waiting to talk to one.
Yes, seriously! If you finally do get to speak to one (after several attempts), they are HORRIBLY rude.
Is this how you treat a customer? I say no and you should all look elsewhere for shopping for these reasons and all the other ones on this page and all over Google.
