Sears is the worst. I grew up with Sears as an institution of trust and quality.
It is no longer. I will never step into a Sears store again. They have a history of 1. lying about why things are not delivered after my waiting for 4 hours 2.
ordering online for store pickup but does not have it in stock 3. cancelling a snowblower repair after waiting three weeks in New England's worst winter 4. having poor quality products and 5.
being informed outdoor furniture needs to be assembled upon delivery GOOD BYE SEARS. In addition, the help and service representatives have no clue what they are doing and often do not use basic English.
