Cancelled an order without notice...2 year-old Christmas present ordered in early November.However, after we called and re-ordered (still in stock), we were told it was a go.
Was cancelled, again...we were told that we cancelled it again.
I contacted them and have an e-mail from their customer service identifying their error.
Their customer service rep assured me that they'd send us our shipment...three weeks later, they cancelled and told us "out of stock." Best part, they offered us the credit to buy something else along those lines.These folks are just not right.
