I just had 2 disturbingly rude calls regarding this guaranteed purchase and delivery date for the 4th time since May 15 purchase
2nd order online for simular items to purchase a bed from sears online. Canceled first was 3rd party cendor i was not aware they did that but have to compete with other conpanies u detstandably but sears guarantee is gone then. So canceled irder was told by placing a new order thru Sears directly on June 12 they guaranteed delivery. Now not getting it until 29th so far.
Both men were phillipino delivery dept and customer care that spoke rudely 1 said not hisproblem but customer services depts problem 2nd pretended not to hear me and hung up. Please pull QA telephone calls for both men i requested upon complaining. Not my usually characteristoc trait
I have lost 3 days of pay as of tomorrow and stayed home on a major holiday may 31st from the original first order on may 15th that we had to cancel from a 3rd party vendor and was told by a Sears customer service person on june 12th who placed this 2nd order with sears delivery warehouse email attached showing my order would be here friday June 22nd 20 min after i arrived home today thursdsy june 21st i received a text it would not be here the next day. But have scheduled to next friday June 29th tomorrow would-be my 3rd day off to wait for a bed because i was told no guarantee on time of day. That means 4 days off
There is no excuse for me to loose 3 days of pay for needing an affordable bed especial after 27 years of friendly service where we have always purchased sears appliances services ect...
I am now waiting for a specialist from sears to call in 72 hours back to me so we can figure out these orders???
But at the request of my husband and our finances are now writing back to show verification that the bed should have arrived on the 22nd not 29th the notice in this email Male rep erased original delivery date that shows guarantee delivery of a serta firm mattress. He has been sleeping on the floor I am on the couch
I should have never been spoken to in the way I was by Male Rep name known but not mentioning it?? Todays delivery customer person i was talking to.
My 82 yr old mother arrives this sat we do not have a bed for her last week so she canceled her plans to visit us and now i am at a complete loss of what to do??? Exceot to go somewhere else and wait for a refund from Sears

Our new address on invoice. Is the main rewards account with Sears is under my husbands name and I believe his email address with our current address

HOW TO GET YOUR HOME READY
1.Measure the narrowest doorway or hallway along the route from outside the home to where the appliance will be installed.
2.Measure the opening where the appliance will be installed. Take into consideration door, floor and wall mountings.
3.Obtain the item's measurements on the product-description page at www.sears.com.
4.Verify that the appliance DOES NOT EXCEED measurements obtained in Step #1 and #2. If necessary, some home doors can be removed.
•A responsible adult, 18 years or older, must be present during delivery.
•Confine all house pets to an area separate from the delivery path.
•If merchandise is to be left on the porch, in the garage or outdoors, a responsible neighbor or representative must accompany the Sears team and sign for the delivery.
•In inclement weather, please provide a clear path – no ice, snow or debris – from the street to the appropriate entrance.
•Remove your merchandise from the carton and plastic to ensure the product meets your satisfaction.
•Please remember, you have 3 days to report any damages with your product.
Delivery team responsibilities
If purchased, our delivery team will . . .
•Connect delivered appliances to existing home utilities per "Product-Specific Guidelines," using connector lines supplied by the manufacturer or by Sears.
•Remove packing materials from the delivery premises.
•If haul away service is purchased, the delivery team will remove and recycle your old appliance for each like item delivered, following strict EPA RAD ( Responsible Appliance Disposal) and environmentally friendly guidelines.
•If move old appliance service is purchased, the delivery team will relocate your old appliance for each like delivered to an accessible location on the delivery premises.
•Install an anti-tip device for free-standing and slide-in range deliveries with hookup.
•Determine and offer for sale any needed parts/accessories or installation services – not included in the appliance purchase – to safely connect appliances to home utilities.
•Use your new, supplied parts or accessories that meet manufacturer requirements and "Product-Specific Delivery Guidelines."
For safety reasons our delivery experts cannot . . .
•Remove their shoes, though caution and care will be exercised to protect your home and merchandise.
•Lift/hoist merchandise over banisters or other obstructions or through windows to complete delivery.
•Use customer-supplied or used connectors
•Reconnect relocated appliances to home utilities
•Relocate used appliances to a different address.
•Perform carpentry, electrical or plumbing work.
•Deliver and hook up a free-standing or slide-in range without installing a range anti-tip device.
•Install appliance trim kits.
•Please note, some of these options may not apply if you have selected "Leave in Box" Delivery.
