I was given the runaround with a garage door opener for the past six months I bought it May 4 and Sears told me yesterday that I had to take it back to Ace Hardware with the warranty is already expired I will never buy another product from Sears I think I’m gonna sell the appliances that I now owned by Sears I am very disappointed in this company

Details
Their employees walked into my house unannounced and proceeded to remove my oven. In the midst of this they broke my handle. Trying to speak with the supervisor was pointless. He didn’t want to speak with me and continued to ask the empoloyess why I was mad and was he was so nonchalant. His employees lives were put in danger and Sears could care less. A very disrespectful technician came into my home by the name of Juan Hernandez and if any technician can not respected in the bridge was home that is of another race he should find another means of supporting his family. I have been a faithful paying customer of Sears for decades and it has taken one route technician to cause me to never do business with this company again!

Really wish I would have looked up these reviews before I made purchases. My washer went out. Kenmore Elite 3years old. Part is on back order (ordered on 10/22/19) with no ETA on when it will be in stock. Was told it could be 11/22/19 before part is in stock. Since I have the “master service plan” they will reimbursement me for a rental washer. They will not reimburse delivery fee, taxes or pick up fees. I was disconnected 3 times before I spoke with someone who gave the option of making a claim and getting a rental. Every person I spoke to was rude and just kept repeating the same information over and over! No wonder Sears is going out of business!!!
