I was given the runaround with a garage door opener for the past six months I bought it May 4 and Sears told me yesterday that I had to take it back to Ace Hardware with the warranty is already expired I will never buy another product from Sears I think I’m gonna sell the appliances that I now owned by Sears I am very disappointed in this company

Sears review in Dallas, Texas: Disappointments

My refrigerator has warranty and protection and has not been working since 27th July 2019 that's when 1st technician was sent to repair it and after that it never worked and 5 technicians have repaired it last one on 9th September. Have lost food, money and time waiting for these technicians. Have been calling for replacement and been put on hold for 30 to 55 minutes then phone gets disconnected. Today and now it's 1245 I have called 6 times and no help. Very divastated and fedup!!

I ordered a whirlpool dishwasher on 06/30/2016 expected delivery and installation date 7/2/2016 by Roy Feagley installation. No call no show. On 7/5/2016 after returning home from the holiday. I called to status the delivery and installation. The Sears rep who was clearly overseas and could barely understand my English said that she could not get in touch with installer. I called multiple times to installed with no answer. I called Sears to see if they had another installer, they said no. I cancelled installation and was transferred to online services to schedule a delivery. The overseas rep did not understand my request (language barriers) and after a long wait time he hung up the call. I called back and another customer service rep told be that the dishwasher could not be delivered. WTH, I paid in full for the product and services and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Now they tell me I can't get a refund for 10 days. I am not happy because I have to wait those 10 days to buy a dishwasher that I need.

Sears is the worst company In the WORLD!!!!!!! .... I went It the store to buy a washer and dryer .The rep told me the only way to get free delivery is buy it online. So we went to put the order in with the rep .a old address from another state came up we updated that information submitted the order and It changed it back to the old address the rep tried to change it and it wouldn't change. So he called sears to cancel the order an they gave him the run around for 2 hours they they told him it was cancelled . Checked me acct and they still took the money out so now I'm fight to get my money back that they stole!!!!!!!!

I ordered two blow dryers to be delivered before Christmas. on December 23, the order arrived but the box was completely destroyed. One of the blow dryers was missing altogether and the remaining blow dryer had box damage within the delivery box. After an hour on the phone, a new order was replaced, paid for again, and I was guaranteed the order was available for pick-up at a store location on December 24, in time for Christmas. The second billing was initially greater than what I paid of the first shipment. I was told processing time for the refund of the initial shipment would take a few additional business days. It's December 28, and no blow dryer. I canceled the store pick-up as it is now past Christmas and I now want it delivered. Guess what - they want me to place a new order and charge me a third time. Promise of managers to call me back for a resolution are missed. Still trying to get resolved. Not going to pay for 6 blow dryers at one time!

I called in a Tuesday and scheduled the next available appt for the following Friday. They scheduled the appt window from 3-6. No one called or arrived. I called at 7:00 to see what happened and the customer service agent said e would find out and call me within 30 minutes. I never got a call back. I again called on Saturday and the agent told me the next available appt would be the following Friday. Will never use Sears Home Services again. POOR POOR customer service.
