Sears review in Houston, Texas: HORRIBLE

The salesman was very dishonest about the flooring installation process/cost. He included the cost for a licensed plumber, but there was no licensed plumber when the installation was done. And of course, the warranty was MISREPRESENTED. Now they want me to pay for a technician to inspect it. I'm not giving Sears another penny!
