Me and my wife went to Sears to shop this afternoon.
On our list was a Kenmore washer and dryer, a refrigerator
for our daughter and a carpet sweeper.
Went into the store and to the appliance department.
There were not 1 not 2, not 3, but 4 salesman all huddled
together chatting with each other. I was walking through the
washer and dryer dept and saw another employee standing
behind a display on his cell phone.
Was ther for 10 minutes and NOONE came to help us.
My wife said go over and ask them, I said if they were interested
in selling they would have been over when we walked in.
So we went to LOWE'S and by the time we walked into the department
a salesman was right behind us. Out order came to $3,852,18 ....
I do not know how you stay in business Sears. But between me, and friends,
and family we have 30,000 + on out blog's. Maybe posting our experience
there will get some attention.
I was in business for 40 years and just wanted you to know why today you lost
