I enrolled in the Sears Home Warranty fiasco..Nothing but aggravation, inept technicians, and clueless customer service reps.The warranty plan is not worth one dollar or one minute of your time..If you call these sloths, be prepared for hold times up to one hour.
When a tech finally shows up at your home don't think your repair will be close to satisfactory. Sears will be filing a BK any time now..Well deserved !
