I purchased a Kenmore washing machine online for my parents. It was paid in full and installation and take away of the old machine also paid for.

Installer arrived said he would not be able to install it because we needed to disconnect the dryer. This was understood due to liabilities issues.

The new Kenmore dryer was never unpacked on removed from the Sears truck. It has been 9 nine days since the attempt to deliver and install and no credit has been issued to me.

I have called more than 5 times and are not available to speak with anyone that is fluent in English and can handle my complaint, only phrase they are able to say is that the credit will take two week and that it will show up in my bank then. I have called the local store and have been told they are not able assist since the washer was purchased online.

I do not washing machine and my Sears has not issued a credit to my account. Is this legal?

I am so upset!!!! I will never shop or step into a Sears store again!!
