Like a previous customer complaint, I have had a defective laundry washer (Kenmore) for over 2 months. and I am still within the first year MFG Warranty Period.
Have had to endure a minimum of 4 Service Calls (per MFG warranty requirements) and yet the machine is still not right...loud as heck during agitation wash cycle.
Techs all say it's fixed and yet it is not...it is a Lemon and they know it, but have stalled replacing it for over these past two months.
I "had" been a loyal Sears/Kenmore appliance buyer for nearly 40 years...NO LONGER!!!!!
The Customer Solutions Department is a joke, and as per the previous similar complaint, each time I've had to schedule another service visit it 10-14 days out.
If I ran my business like Sears runs their Customer Support, I would be out of business............
