We recently bought a dishwasher from Sears. However, the dishwasher was not the right fit and had to call back to exchange for another one.
The one we bought was 162 dollars more than the previous one. They verified our address and charged our card. They then sent the dishwasher to the WRONG address and it was the WRONG the dishwasher! How does one charge someone more for another dishwasher and then send the wrong one?
How does one, after verifying the address TWICE, send it to the wrong address!? We have now cancelled our order and will NEVER shop at Sears again for anything! Take your business elsewhere as the poor customer service and lack of knowledge by the Sears team is considered to be incompetent. This is what happens when a company outsources their jobs to other countries!
No wonder why they're in the tank.
