Have gone into sears eight days straight to get blades for a Craftsman Acu-Cut, a $30.00 tool. Not in stock.

Different clerks said there is a truck coming in at noon. Still no blades after eight days. Tool is on the way to the recycle metal bin. Will never purchase a Craftsman tool again nor go to the dead end store known as Sears.

Such a shame when they were very good once upon a time long, long ago. Shows how dummy downed our country has become. Better take a class in speaking Chinese.

I am not alone in this type of treatment by this dieing enterprise. Hello Harbor Freight.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
