We ordered a lockset, customer service did not get our address correct, we called back within an hour after we recived an e-mail with the wrong address, they said they could not change the address, a very simple address. We were told we had to cancel the 1st order and to start another order and that the previous order was cancelled and we were told that our money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.

We recieved 2 locksets. So much for cancelling the 1st order. We were told to ship it back to them at our expense, that should not be the case. This was clearly their mistake.

We have got the run around for weeks now about getting our money refunded. The money has not been refunded so we called back and a respresentive told us we would not be getting our money back Unless we shipped back the 1st lockset! This is ludacris! their mistake and we have to pay for it!

We are reporting Sears to the FBI and WE WILL NOT STOP until this company is closed down for good! Roxanne Filieo
