We call sears to come look at our washer. The gave us a time between 12-5.
Their services guy didn’t come to our home until 9. His couldn’t diagnose the problem so he had to come back the next day. While being there the second time he stated the we need to get a new washer and the sears systems were down so we had to wait 10 business days for sears to contact us. Later the contacted us by mail stating to go pick out a washer.
Five days later we pick out a washer and request for them to deliver it on July 18th, 2019. We we never got a call from sears, being that we have to pay someone to be at our home. I called them on the 19th, I was on hold for 40 minutes, after that I called on the 21st. I stay on the phone for an hour, no one never answered the phone.
Long story short they arrive at our home with a dryer. Today’s date July 23rd.
We still do not have a washer from sears. Where’s the freaking washer!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Cons: Service response, Getting a runaround, Lack of comm from sears and that no one can resolve the problem, Philipines accents could not understand them.
