Bought a Samsung dishwasher in Sep 2012 with a 5 year warranty.When I asked them to come out (may 2014) they sent a guy who blamed me for it not working. I have had dishwashers for 40 years and never had a problem - they canceled my warranty without ever repairing it and now I am stuck.
DO NOT buy from Sears. Tried to even get them back out with paying for the repair, but now their repairman is refusing to even come out and seems that they only have one person in my area.
When I called other companies to get a repair person they all told me that Samsung always breaks down. So I guess I made two mistakes.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $750.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
