Sears failed to deliver the treadmill.We had to *** from work to be here.
When we called we were told they didn't have it in stock. There was no excuse to not call or email and cancel the appointment when they did not have the item in stock. I found the failure to inform us and leave us waiting insulting. The agent gave excuses for Sear's behavior but there was no reason for it.
We rescheduled but we wont purchase again from sears and we will probably leave a bad review.Even with the rescheduled delivery they couldn't guarantee they would have it later.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of nordictrack c900i treadmill and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Sears needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
