I ordered a mailbox back in July. Sears sent me the wrong mailbox.
I informed them of the mistake and wished to have it exchanged. Sears would not take the return because they said it has to go back to the vendor. I have not been refunded the money, nor do I have the correct mailbox. Now they are telling me that they cannot process the return and that I have to contact the vendor on my own.
I hate that store!!
Will never go there again. They have taught me a valuable lesson; there is a reason why Home Depot is doing so well and they are not!
