I have been trying for days to reach a US person who I can speak with. Two techs have been to my house.

First one was 3.5 hours late and showed up after the call was rescheduled. The parts he ordered were incorrect. Had a second tech last night was supposed to order the parts and call me back about the price.......I have heard nothing and can not get a US phone number. BTW both techs were very professional and nice.

Shame they work for this company. I can see why sears is struggling. My fridge is a year old and major repairs already.

I went to the store and was told they are not sears and do not have a service department. Do not buy from Sears

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Refrigerator Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Fix my fridge and give me a US contact.

I didn't like: Non us call centers is the only way to get hold of them.

You should call them up and tell them to come bring you a brand new appliance and to take away the broken one when they arrive.
