Sold me a John a couple of years ago-no record of installation. No record of warranty -no longer wanting to provide service bounces around phone system 24 times -5 people did not know they had customer service or even what a toilet was-I am not making this up. No help no scene anyone understood the English language -no sense of what dept was right and constant *** questions.Got reffered to the head guy and left him a message no call back of course-what should have taken 5 minutes took two days-pitiful-a simple we dont do this work would have surficed -but no we had to run around-dissconnected three times on the *** of success
