we were due to receive a brand new dishwasher and installation under the my home protection warranty. (It took them 3 weeks just to figure out that a 15 year old part was unattainable).

that was six weeks ago. 13 days ago, they dropped off a new dishwasher.. I was surprised and happy at least at that.. but they were also supposed to install it which they did not do..

called Sears right away confirmed that yes we were do with free installation ..we Let It Go for a couple of days but since our home is being sold couldn't wait all that much longer ..long story short after 15 days, 10 different phone numbers, and the same quotes from reps, "they escalated it" " there working on it" ," trying to find an installer ".

we went into our own Pockets paid a certified installer to do it still haven't heard anything back from Sears we will never do business with them again.. probably won't do any good but we're going to send them the bill..
