I ordered items for Christmas presents on 12/19 and paid for expedited shipping with a stated delivery date of 12/22. Called Sears on 12/24 when order was not received.
The customer service rep. explained that my Christmas gifts were still in the warehouse. After telling me the items were in the warehouse, he preceded to tell me that UPS was sometimes late in delivering around Christmas! What??
You're blaming UPS for your company's incompetence??
Pathetic. They did refund the shipping fees, but I still don't have a gift to give my brother for Christmas.
