I returned a dryer heating element because it had the wrong connectors on it. It was returned Oct 20, 2017 and was told my refund would be here in 5 - 7 business days.
After 3 more follow up calls (each one at least 5-7 business days) still nothing, not even the email that the rep said would come in 24-48 hours. This is now the end of Nov. and not a peep yet, but I will continue to the end until my refund is here. Next steps are to file a complaint with both the BBB and the attorney general.
What does it take to get this resolved? I will never buy another Sears product - EVER.
