My washer broke the week of Sept 11, 2017. I called Sears that Wednesday, they ordered the part and said it would be two weeks before they came to fixed washer.
The repair man came and told me the wrong part had been ordered and he would have to come back. He said he would be back the next Wednesday. I took another day off work to wait for him and he never showed. I called Sears and they said the part was on back order.
It is now Monday, Oct 16, 2017 and someone is coming out sometime between 8am and 5pm, So now I am taking another day off work to wait for someone who may or may not show up to fix washer. This Wednesday it will be six weeks that I had been waiting for service and the third time I had to take off work.
Will I have service today? Who knows.
