I have an item to return. It turns out that despite the fact that I bought it on Sears web site, it is not their product and refuse to accept the return, saying that the manufacturer needs to authorize that.

I have tried twice via phone to Sears online customer service (which is based in the Philippines by the way) to get the needed RMA. No dice. Sears will not accept the return at their local stores.

I'm pissed.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
