Ordered two parts for a washer, belt and hose set. Received the belt ok but the hose was an incorrect part.

I called Sears and told that they would email me an authorization to return the hose. They said their computer was down but they would manually handle it. Didn't hear anything so I called again, no record of the first call. Went through the process again and got the RMA email.

Returned part. Didn't hear anything so I called again, was told they would expedite my refund and reorder. Received a refund for the hose and also a charge for shipping. Called again, they reversed the shipping charge, told me my reorder was being processed.

Didn't hear anything so I called again, was told no part on order.

This all took two months and they screwed it up at every turn. They could have turned this into a good customer service experience at any time but no one made the effort.

I didn't like: Wrong part shipped and never got it corrected.
