I bought furniture through sears--sofa and loveseat--come to find it was through their marketplace--thought no big deal--if it's represented through sears no worries--When I received notice that furniture was going to be delivered curbside I thought how strange?? Was fortunate to have my brother and son available to bring the VERY VERY heavy furniture into house.

Long story short both pieces were defective---I had to call their pick up company myself only to find when driver showed up I was expected to have this heavy furniture waiting on the curb.. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered--I am now the owner of 1699.00 worth of defective furniture that sears has washed their hands from!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1699.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Defective loveseat and sofa to curbside for exchange or refund.
