I purchased a S&F mattress from Sears and delivered 1 week ago. It has developed sagging on one side.

After contacting their consumer care dept, I was told I had to measure and take pictures to insure it sagged 1to 1 1/2" on a pillow top mattress. Or I'd have to wait 1 month for it to be returned and be charged. So.

Sears is closing stores, I wonder why? With this policy they should close completely.
