We bought a tool at your Hackensack, NJ Location 40 days ago. We never needed it and were only able to try to return it yesterday as we were away on a family emergency from July 27th through this past week.

My husband was told at the counter that the policy is 30 days - the item was never opened and you had more on the shelf, so it wasn't like returning Shorts at the end of the summer when winter clothes are on the rack.

He asked to speak to the manager and was directed to talk to Darwin Cruz - who stood behind the policy.

When my husband tried to explain the issue - Darwin said "What's the matter with you, Can't you read?" Quote end quote. I find that extremely UNPROFESSIONAL - and will be telling everyone we know how awful your store and management is.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was manager or return policy. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
