Called 30 June for repair of stacked laundry unit. Scheduled 2 July 8 to 5...kept changing times during the day...had to call to reschedule and complain cause I had an appointment later that day...They rescheduled to 10 July..again 8 to 5...again watched all day on computer as the time to arrive kept changing....last time change was 7:15 to 9:15.

......then BOOM...they automatically rescheduled it to 18 July without asking me...I called to really raise some caine and talk to supervisor fat lot of good that did....if I wasn't retired I would have lost a second day of work.....Bottom line....they don't care....they just want your maintenance agreement money....suggestion.......when you buy a new appliance get the warranty from the company you bought it from and not SEARS. They've really gone to the dogs.
