Purchased a treadmill on 7/15. Defective one delivered on 7/23.

New one supposed to be delivered in the morning of 7/23. They came at 2:30. Told them to take the defective one and keep the new one. Finally got a refund on 8/24.

Claims there was a "glitch" in their system. And when I took it to Facebook, they posted a nice apology and then promptly deleted my post. I will not walk into a Sears, K-Mart, or Lands End EVER.

Apparently walking away from a 1700.00 sale is something Sears doesn't mind doing.
