Long story short, purchased 2 items online from sears on blackfriday. Recieved only 1 of the 2 items, when atempting to resolve the issue with online customer service.

It was like getting tooth pulled! Couldn’t understand any of the people talking , their English was horrible and their understanding was worst. Couldn’t get anywhere with anybody. After over three weeks of frustration over getting nowhere.

I decided to take it to Sears corporate and file a executive complaint. Only after i did this did i mysteriously recieved the second item that they were so ademant i had already recieved. Worst online shopping experience in my life.

Will never shop at Sears again. Actually cancelling my Sears credit card as we speak.
