We order a 2 futon sofa bed, 3 weeks ago, the first one is ready for pick up, since it will not fit on our car they advice us to pay for delivery, so when we’re dealing in the cashier to do the delivery transaction they said its not available for both items tht we bought, its fine. We go home and think how we gonna pick it up, so we decided to wait for the other sofa bed that we bought to be ready for pick up too, expected pick up is on nov 21, finally we recieve a call nov 25 for the other futon sofa bed we bought, ready for pick up they said, since we only have a crv car, we decided to rent a uhaul so we can picknup those two sofa bed that we bought, this what happen today nov 28, we went to sears el camino using the uhaul that we rented, then what happen next the associates said they dont have the other futon sofa bed they just only have the first one that came, how so very disappointed they waste our money renting a uhaul expecting we can get the two futon sofa bed for pick up then still not there, ao why you guys called us that its already there...they waste not only our money but our time too, so stressful. How come you called us confirmed it then its not there...then u said expected pick up is nov 21 now is almost nov 28..no wonder ur business will go down because of your irresponsible people, poor service.
