i bought washer/dryer combo 2 years ago.i wanted to support my locally owned sears business.
my dryer broke in January. the service guy came 2 weeks later, ordeted parts. We are now waiting until Feb. 20 to get another service guy to come fix this.
parts are setting on my kitchen table. all i ever talk to are foreigners. Shame ON YOU SEARS! you have sunk down like the rest of big business in america!
you dont give 2 *** for any one.your will continue to fail and close stores because of who youve become
