Christmas holidays is not the time to cut back on hiring employees to help customers. I needed to ask a question about a certain item, but would have to wait in check out line in order to talk to someone.

No one on floor just to help. When I did finally want to purchase some items, the wait to check out was approximately 35-40 minutes. Two employees waiting on hugh amount of customers.

All those in line were not very happy with the wait as neither was I. Probably will not shop at Sears again during the holidays.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sears. The most disappointing about sears staff at Sears was no customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
