purchase multiple home repairs. Service has been super blow expectation.

Most recent-screen door for slider. Screen became difficult tech visited suggest grease to keep working. Door broke so as a good customer called sears. Sears will charge 100.00 for install although if I install, pick up from their location I may save the charge.

talk about customer service. Given the climate of today maybe keep your current equipment save some money along with frustration.

Windows installed had two issues took one window over a year for replacement, another window just about 4 months. kitchen issues which included a new floor, floor required another contractor to repair.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Repair.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
