Bought a tool set on their website from a third party vendor.They said item was shipped but it track to Massachusetts and not Florida.

Called to complain and was given the phone number and email to the vendor. Number was disconnected and they did reply to the email saying product is out of stock and refund my money. Funny thing is they show the item in stock online but $50 more expensive.

The way sears.com allows this to happen is fraudulent and I will stick to eBay and Amazon were I know the service is better.So don't use sears.com period
