Really horrible delivery experience. First of all, they were 2 days late in getting the washer here.

They go to all the problem to set up a delivery with a 2 hour window and then nobody shows - no phone call until the next day. Once they did get here 2 days later, I had to tell the delivery men to put the washer on the pedestal that I purchased with the washer. They were going to install it without the pedestal and, then, they didn't attach it - just set the washer on top! Also, no leveling at all - so I'll have to do that, too.

Then, they cross-threaded one of the hoses - there were finally able to get it to stop leaking but who knows what damage has been done.

Last time I ever buy from Sears - no wonder they're on the *** of going out of business with delivery service like that. They must use the worst delivery company in Atlanta!
