My 90 year old uncle requested a $99 air duct cleaning. The technician called in and got his credit limit increased to $2800. He charged him $2800. On top of that, he did not even do any work. He pulled this scam off in 20 minutes and was gone. He did not even give him a receipt. Now Sears is saying they can come do the work since he has been charged. We need to protect the public especially our seniors.

Bait and switch and unethical service technician. He took advantage of a senior citizen. He charged $2800 for an air duct cleaning. He went to steps of increasing the customer's credit limit and not even providing a receipt. He never even did the work.

Sears review in Manassas, Virginia: First try to speak to a human with real flesh and blood!! almost impossible!!!!!

Our refrigerator was bought July 16,2018. We started to have trouble in early August 2019 and by the end of August it wasn't cooling at all. We called Sears and since it was Labor day weekend they were closed and we would have to wait til the next Saturday. NO emergency service. We called another company and they came right away Said it was the panel board and would pick it up the next day and come and fix it which they did !!! the part was expensive and we paid over $400.00 for the repair!! We bought a refrigerator last july 2018 and it broke down in August. We had to pay over $400 for repairs. We believe Sears should pay for it because they said it was the panel board that was why it was so expensive and was almost half what we paid for the refrigerator!! Sears and Carrier both suck

Sears installed a Carrier system in 2005. The compressor went out about 4 years later. I had sears come out and fix the system. They installed a new compressor. At the time Carrier had a recall on this system and recommended replacing the system and they offered an rebate on this. The sears service man said nothing about this and replaced the compressor. This is not what carrier recommended. The compressor has gone out again and this could have been avoided if sears had told me of the defect in this Carrier system. I will never deal with Sears again and I will never buy another carrier system.

I bought a garage door opener and installation. The installers blew me off 2 times now.

I'm still waiting for someone to call me about this and when will someone come install the garage opener. I will not use Sears again
