Sears - Insurance policy is not being taken care of
I have a Vacum Cleaner purchased like 3 years ago and purchased insurance of 3 years protection under sears. After it broke contacted them even I have a valid insurance policy expiring May 2018 but they are not valuing that. I will have to take it to the company leadership because I have proof in hand
