You pay big bucks for Sears warranty on any appliance. But when your appliance fails you, you'll have to wait forever to get it fixed!
Especially if some *** repairman orders the wrong parts on your first repair appointment. Then on the second repair attempt he finds out its the wrong part and has to reorder the part again! Let's see what the third repair attempt brings me!!! Ridiculous to have to deal with people like that!
Yet he tells me the part should arrive the next day....haha which it never did and it's the weekend and Fedx and UPS does not deliver till Monday! What a bunch of *** from Sears appliances to the repairman!

Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Preferred solution: Fire the repairman that ordered the wrong parts to begin with! Now it's three weeks without a washer!!!!!.
