I have a Sears gas grill. It is only 3 years old and 2 of the burners rusted out.

The warranty covers this for 5 years. After being on the phone with 10 different for almost an hour, I found out that I would have to pay a tech $101.00 to come out a verify that the parts rusted out. The parts cost $43.00. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

I will never buy another thing from this crooked company.

No wonder they are losing money and closing stores. Bunch of crooks!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of very poor customer service from management and retail support and no one knew what they were doing. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of grill and associated monetary loss in the amount of $42. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
