i have made several phone calls concerning warranty work on my lawn tractor over three days. i have been hung up on, lied to about appointments and generally given the run around from sears about when they will fix my tractor.
half of the reps i have talked to cannot be understood on the phone. i have been passed from one rep to another
in the process most of the time i will be hung up on.i have been told that i will receive e mails and phone calls neither has happened. i have spent several hours on the phone and lost a days wages when a tech was supposed to show and never did. i used to be able to call a local shop and set up appointments.
that is not the case any more. this service is awful.
i have been a good customer of sears. but this experience makes me want to go elsewhere
