Washer went nuts on October 26th, so I contacted Sears. The earliest I could schedule an appointment to diagnose the problem was November 10th.
I called a local company, who came out October 31st. It cost me $89 to diagnose the problem. The problem is the machine computer which will cost $250.00 to replace. I don't know if that is the total cost but the company ordered the part and will fix the machine as soon as the part comes in which should be by Nov.
I will have paid at least 2/3 of the original cost when all is said and done. This is my last Kenmore and this one will be thrown out if another repair is needed.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $340.
